How to Get a Certificate of No Tax Arrears Using ePUAP

While living in Poland, you may sometimes need to prove you have no outstanding tax obligations. You can do this at a tax office or online through the ePUAP system. Here's a step-by-step guide.

Step by step

1. Go to biznes.gov.pl and select "złóż wniosek elektronicznie" (submit application electronically)
2. Choose the e-Tax Office application and log in via login.gov.pl using your Trusted Profile
3. Select "Profil Zaufany" (Trusted Profile) as the authentication method
4. On the login page, choose Trusted Profile or internet banking credentials
5. In the e-Tax Office, select "o niezaleganiu w podatkach" (no tax arrears) and click "Następny krok" (Next step)
6. Designate yourself as the applicant, check the assigned tax office, and click "Next step"
7. Verify that your personal data is correct and click "Next step"
8. State the reason you need the certificate and click "Next step"
9. Provide contact details (email or phone) and click "Next step"
10. Review the application summary and submit via "Akceptuj i wyślij" (Accept and send)
