Polish Citizenship

We help you obtain Polish citizenship – an EU passport, full rights, and Poland allows dual citizenship. We handle cases across the country.

Polish citizenship means an EU passport, full rights (including voting) and open-ended security of stay. Poland allows dual citizenship, so you usually don't have to give up your current one. There are several routes to citizenship – Investya handles these cases across Poland.

Yes. Polish law allows holding Polish citizenship alongside another – you don't have to renounce your current one.

What's the difference between a presidential grant and recognition?+

A grant of citizenship by the President is discretionary (no fixed conditions, no appeal). Recognition as a citizen is an administrative procedure for people meeting statutory conditions – the decision is issued by the voivode.

Do I need to speak Polish?+

For recognition as a citizen, usually yes – a Polish language certificate at B1 level or a certificate of completing a Polish-language school is required. A presidential grant has no such formal requirement.

After how many years can I apply for citizenship?+

It depends on the route – recognition as a citizen is possible, among others, after an appropriate period of residence on permanent residence or EU long-term resident status. We'll check when you meet the conditions.
