Jednoosobowa działalność gospodarcza to najprostsza i najpopularniejsza forma prowadzenia biznesu. Nie ma rozdziału prawnego między właścicielem a firmą – właściciel przejmuje wszystkie prawa i obowiązki, w tym zyski, długi i zobowiązania.

Obywatele UE/EOG na takich samych zasadach jak Polacy. Obywatele spoza UE – jeśli mają odpowiedni status pobytowy (m.in. pobyt stały, rezydent długoterminowy UE, pobyt czasowy na studia lub łączenie rodzin, Karta Polaka, status uchodźcy, ochrona uzupełniająca, wiza Poland Business Harbour i inne).
Jak zarejestrować
Rejestracja odbywa się przez wpis do CEIDG. Do rejestracji online potrzebujesz Profilu Zaufanego. Wymagane: numer PESEL, karta pobytu i decyzja, Profil Zaufany oraz adres siedziby (biuro lub adres wirtualny).
Opłaty
Rejestracja JDG w Polsce jest bezpłatna – nie ma opłat administracyjnych.

Who can open one?
EU/EEA citizens on the same terms as Poles. Non-EU citizens – if they hold a suitable residence status (permanent residence, long-term EU resident, temporary residence for studies or family reunification, Pole's Card, refugee status, subsidiary protection, Poland Business Harbour visa, and others).
How to register
Registration is done by an entry in the CEIDG register. For online registration you need a Trusted Profile. Required: PESEL number, residence card and decision, Trusted Profile, and a company address (office or virtual office).
Fees
Registering a sole proprietorship in Poland is free – there are no administration fees.
